• Prices and rates can change without prior notice.

• The indicated rates do not include taxes and allow only
one camping equipment per lot.

• The rates are based on occupancy of 2 adults and their children
of 16 years old or less with a maximum of 6 people.

• Times of arrival is 14:00 hrs (2:00 PM)

•Times of departure is 13:00 hrs (1:00 PM) or 18:00 hrs (6:00 PM) if lot is available.

• Minimum reservation of 2 nights at all times and 3 nights during legal holidays.

• No reservation for less than 5 days for the period of july 2nd and
august 19th 2007 will be accepted before june 4th 2007.

• We can change the assigned lots at all times.

• A rebate of 10% for members of FQCC. (travelers only).



• CANCELLATION POLICY

- By advising us 7 days or more before the arrival date, the deposit will be credited
to your account and applied towards another stay during the season.

- If we have not been notified of a cancellation within at least 48 hrs
of the arrival date, a billing for the entire stay will be emitted.

- Any changes to shorten the stay must be given at least 7 days before
the scheduled arrival date.

- The deposit is non-refundable.

- Any client who has not arrived by 21:00 hrs (9:00 PM) on the scheduled
day of his arrival, without advising management, will have his reservation
cancelled and the lot will be rented to other campers. The absent party
will be billed for the total stay. The management will do its best to advise
clients of this policy when reservations are taken.
Please advise us if you will arrive past 21:00 hrs (9:00PM)

- By giving us your Visa or Master Card account number for the deposit
towards the rental fee, you authorize management to also charge you
for the total cost of your stay if a cancellation was not given
within the time guidelines.
